The whole place was clean and the staff were very very helpful. Its location within a close distance from Ottawa Convention Centre was magnificent and wonderful.

Recently renovated rooms with standard decor, cozy down pillows, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a nice touch here.

Friendly and approachable staff always greet you with a smile 😊. Good variety of tasty meal options available.

The room was pleasantly decorated, also it had smoke detectors. The view was spectacular, the staff was accommodating. Also, location was great and the best, at a moderate distance from Parliament Hill.

It was fairly clean inside. This accommodation was in the central location close to almost everything I need. The hotel rooms were recently renovated. Extras like a fridge, air conditioner, and an iron were appreciated.  

Incredible base for celebrating anniversary in Ottawa. Attentive staff, good services, including a variety of outstanding delicacies. Exceptionally comfortable bed, impeccably clean, and recently renovated rooms. Central location, not very far from additional galleries. Found in the perfect area. 

It was in an excellent and perfect location short walk from a night club. The room was well-appointed and brand-new, besides it had an electric kettle and a refrigerator, just in case.

The staff here were super helpful and really friendly. The location is fantastic, with a three-level shopping center right nearby.

We were there for a fun weekend. Pool/hot tub was excellant. Really enjoyed it.

Have to pay a high price for lal extras. No continnental breakfast.

Our room had a king-sized bed, central heating, an iron, ironing board, and an electronic key card.

there was a musty smell caused by the A/C. The fan/AC is extremely noisy so I didn't sleep well, got woken up every time the AC started.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of Parliament Hill and Buildings. The hotel is relatively close to the city center. The suite was amazing, equipped with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a fridge. 

Location. Easy access to tourist attractions, market, and plenty of restaurants. The staff were all very polite, courteous, and very helpful when needed.

Our room was very humid, therefor we had a hard time keeping the room a comfortable temperature. Both adults in the room had trouble with their backs and hips after sleeping in your beds. First floor rooms are more suited to adults and/or short stay customers who have little luggage, as it was inconvenient to move with no elevator access and having to carry things up and down the stairs.

Ideal hotel with well-appointed rooms and an en suite bathroom. Particularly good and unbeatable location not very far from Parliament Hill. Walking distance to a big shopping mall and a local market across the street. An excellent restaurant for dinner.
